On two separate occasions I entered an elevator and was aggressively groped by high level male staff. Once while celebrating end of session and another during a work day.

I was a new employee and utterly stunned. Afraid to talk about it because I was a single parent struggling to get by and so very proud to work for the Legislature. Prior to these events I dated a Legislator who, unbeknown to me at the time, had a horrible reputation. Later I blamed this, and myself, for the assaults.
